About this game

Your starter is alive, and it does not care that you got busy. Doughvin Starter puts a big NEXT FEED IN countdown at the center of your screen so you always know exactly how long until your sourdough culture needs its next feeding. When the timer runs out it flips to OVERDUE and pulses in rose until you refresh the jar. Feed it, log it, tap FED NOW, and the clock resets.

This is not a recipe app and it is not a bloated kitchen suite. It does two things a sourdough baker actually needs: keep your starter on schedule, and do the baker's-percentage math for bake day.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Doughvin Starter is built around one living starter you name yourself (the sample calls it "Herman the Rye"). Instead of a generic to-do reminder, you get a real feeding clock tied to your own interval, a scrolling history of every feed with your own notes, and a proper baker's-percentage calculator that treats flour as 100% and back-solves every weight in grams. HOW IT WORKS

Name your starter and set how often you feed it — every 12 hours, every 24, or a custom interval.

Watch the countdown. When you feed the jar, tap FED NOW and jot a note about how it looked and rose.

On bake day, open FORMULA MATH, pick a preset or type your own hydration, levain, and salt percentages, enter your target dough weight, and read off the exact gram amounts.
