Ratings and reviews

I placed an order for click and collect and for some reason during payment it changed to deliver at home address. In such a case the app has no way to cancel the order or do any modification. Even the provided customer care number couldn't help. Overall not good !

the app should be in English also not only in German there is a lot of people who came from different countries as student and other professionals to the Germany most of them don't understand that fluently German to use the app.

Very laggy, some products are not available even though it makes it look like they are. Really hard to navigate.
