Ratings and reviews

One of my least preferred beauty apps. Firstly, whenever I click my "favourites", I cannot scroll down normally. At some point the app brings me back to the top again. Secondly, the app is glitchy; once I want to check out a product, the screen moves again, and I end up clicking on a different product. Another potential point is that if I want to see what's new in makeup, I have to check out each category one by one. Just give me an option where I can see new makeup altogether.

Easy to use app but so slow. Much slower than website. And this is not an issue related to my phone or network. I checked it on 3 different devices connected to 3 different networks. To be honest, after finalized my order, I am really tired 🫣. But I will still use the app as the ladies at my the nearest shop are hiper unfriendly so at least I don't need to interact with them 😅.

search is bad. If I want to modify it I need to retype everything from the beginning, it's really frustrating. On top of that in the checkout there is a bug (both web and app though probably it's the same view): I saved my postal address in the profile as ***76, but in the checkout it's shown as ***86. It doesn't matter how many times from checkout I try to edit it, just doesn't save what I typed (strangely enough I can edit and save other fields with no problem). So eventually I can't purchase
