Ratings and reviews

Very disappointed with this service. Due to an error on their side, my order was cancelled. Support says the refund was initiated, but the order still shows as active and I still haven’t received my money. I only get generic copy-paste replies. The product I wanted has now been bought by someone else, so I can’t reorder it. I also lost my promotion and loyalty points. Really frustrating.

The app constantly hangs, every other step gives you an error. And ironically when trying to click on the link to send an email to the customer support, there's an error as well

I placed an order for click and collect and for some reason during payment it changed to deliver at home address. In such a case the app has no way to cancel the order or do any modification. Even the provided customer care number couldn't help. Overall not good !
