About this app

Dourot is a simple way to connect with local businesses in Greece and place orders for pickup or delivery.

Through the Dourot app, customers can browse available businesses, view products, place orders, and choose the available fulfillment option offered by each business. Depending on the store and area, orders may be prepared for pickup, delivered by the business, or delivered through independent delivery partners connected with the platform.

Dourot is designed to make ordering easier for customers while helping local businesses manage orders directly and efficiently.

With Dourot, you can:

Browse local businesses and available products

Place orders quickly from your phone

Choose pickup or delivery where available

View order details and updates

Communicate with the business when needed

Pay by card using the available payment option for the selected business

Dourot does not charge customers hidden commission fees on orders. Businesses manage their own prices, delivery options, and order fulfillment. Availability, delivery options, delivery fees, preparation times, and products may vary depending on each business and location.

Our goal is to support a more direct connection between customers, businesses, and independent partners, with a clean and easy ordering experience.
