Mullen GOV (Amaranth Mullen for Public Institutions, Amaranth10 Mullen GOV) is a smart multi-calendar that allows users to view and manage various information related to public institution operations, including schedules, at a glance. Beyond simple schedule management, it supports multidimensional functionality by consolidating diverse content in one place through integration with groupware.

It is a system that evaluates and certifies the level of information security to ensure that domestic public institutions can safely utilize cloud services. It is a mandatory certification that must be obtained by companies intending to provide cloud services to public institutions. Organized by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), this certification is granted after comprehensively assessing compliance with information security standards across technical, managerial, and physical aspects for each cloud service type, including IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), SaaS (Software as a Service), and DaaS (Desktop as a Service).
