Almost never works the way it should, it's also very slow at loading everything and this happens only with this app. Sometimes it logs me out as well. I have trouble accessing the payment to my rent, causing me to pay my rent late always because I have to wait until the app decides it wants to work. Their emails are also buggy af when you have to renew your contract (why the hell do I have to do a check-in when I'm already living in the goddamn apartment?!)

The app is extremely slow. No notifications from the app forces you to open the app manually to check if there's something new. Some features are nice, but many were not well planned. For example, I can download my invoices from the app, but names of invoices in the list are senseless. Besides, they are not even sorted in a chronogical order. Thus, to find the last invoice you'd need to download the invoices one by one until you find the correct one.

App login rarely works. The app will tell you that you have forgotten your password when you haven't, and password reset emails don't arrive. On the occasions when the app does work, it works well, but it's very frustrating when it doesn't, as you can only manage your flat and payments through the app.
