Ratings and reviews

For the past week I am unable send out my bitcoins. I have tried on two different phones, both less than a year old with all the latest updates. Restarted and synced everything. Prefect connection. I have contacted support via app and email with no resolution . I have supplied them with full details along with several screen shots of the process leading to the error page. Today I had 0 response from them. Before this incident the app worked fine and I had zero complaints

Was loving this App... does what it is supposed to do and support have been very responsive but for the past week my funds continue to be unavailable although they're shown in my wallet ballance. Apparently there is a new version (1.1.29) but after repeated attempts to up-date from 1.1.28 there has been no joy. Once this is fixed I can enjoy the App again - I assume I am not the only one experiencing this inconvenience and I trust the tech guys are working on correcting this with urgency!!

Horrible customer service. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from them. This is the 2nd time I couldn't retrieve my account when I changed phones. Doesn't show my do wallet balances and when I try to retrieve my account it doesn't accept my passkey. Again this is the second time this has happened to me and just like the last time it takes forever to hear back for any kind of help, I'm still waiting......
