My phone malfunctioned and I restored factory setting for it. Since then I have been having problems with Facebook. Is that the reason why Twitter is posing another problem for me? Is Twitter and Facebook the same or what is happening?

Doesn't work everytime I paste a twitter url returns error every time even tried share via and no option comes up for twitter downloaded 🙄
