PSA this app is trash. if it says it's gonna pick you up at a particular time expect over an hour or hour and a half. This has happened to me over 80% of my requested rides. I would receive texts from an automated line giving me an ETA for a new pick up time which has been completely off. it'll say the connect will be there in 20 mins but in reality doesn't arrive for 40 mins extra. Speaking up about it hasn't helped. The drivers are great but the app itself is very unpredictable.

The main bus schedules are poorly spaced out, and bus drivers don't wait at a stop for more than 15 seconds, and have bad attitudes. They sometimes show up late unapologetically, and skip bus stops sometimes. If you work early shifts around Big Sky, Big Sky Connect doesn't run until 8am, and on average takes 1-2 hours to pick up, which can take a 30 minute trip into a 3-5 hour trip. BRING YOUR CAR

amazing service and we had no issue with the app. Just one more reason Big Sky is one of my favorite ski destinations
