The myBRT app offers you a wide range of features:

- Always connected, wherever you are: create an account and check the status of your shipments at any time and from anywhere.
- Access shipment information: follow the tracking to find out in advance when shipments will arrive at their destination.
- Redirect shipments: decide when and where you want your package to be delivered. If you are not at home, we can deliver to a BRT-fermopoint, a locker or deliver to another address or on a different day.
- Easily find collection points in your neighborhood: the chatbot detects your location or the address entered and filters the search to show you the closest collection points."
