The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● The chatbot knows which parcels are on their way to you, tracks your parcel live and knows down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Ask the chatbot to redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.
