Used GIG app several times to purchase a travel insurance.. extremely easy to use and it takes only few minutes to complete the process, the insurance policy is sent to email in pdf format which is amazing

it is not working. i put my information and it did not save it. also, it doesn't show any medical policy i have and can't add family members. it is very disapointed app.

It's not a helpful app at all. It's fool. You buy your insurance and then you stuck waiting for it to come. Then, you have to install another app to book an appointment to visit and collect your whatever paper. That's rubbish!!
