Super Search:
1. Select and hold the word you would like to get the definition for.
2. Click on the “copy” option from the Options Menu.
3. Meaning (translation) and a pop-up button will be shown right there on the screen.


Required Permissions:

INTERNET – if text-to-speech (TTS) is not available, app needs to be online. Example translations, Videos for native speakers’ pronunciation and online machine translator also needs to be online. And to show the ads to support the free version.
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW – app needs this permission to show the floating icon on other screens with super search option.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – required to start the super search on system restart so that users do not need to start super search feature manually every time they restart the system.

Ratings and reviews

As soon as I loaded this app, I got an alert that the app had pasted from my clipboard. Luckily all it got was the URL to some baseball highlights. Is this some kind of spyware? edit: given the developer's response, I might consider trying it again if this feature is turned off. Apps should not be pasting from clipboard automatically. I don't know what's happening to pasted text. Until then I won't reinstall.

It's okay if you have nothing else, but i find it lacking showing the multiple defnitions of a word. For instance, onnea is defined as congratulations, but you only see it also means good luck when you view the sample sentences.

Great dictionary. easy to use. I also love clean design. But the navigation should be improved. When you passed intro screen, app should not allow user to go back to intro screen again (using back button)
