You can monitor the chat flow and turn off the automatic response mode and switch to manual response mode when necessary.
■ Excel-Based Product Data Management
Product data registered based on Excel files containing product code, product name, color, size, stock quantity, and unit price information is utilized by the app for automatic responses to retailer inquiries and orders. Depending on the product status, the system can quickly mark items as out of stock or switch to a manual response.
