About this app

DrayTalk is a business messaging and voice-calling app for drivers, dispatchers, and other authorized personnel of organizations that use DrayData's transportation management solutions. It keeps your team in touch, whether you are on the road or at the dispatch desk.

Please note: DrayTalk is not a consumer app. Accounts are created by your organization, so you cannot sign up inside the app. To get started, ask your organization's administrator for your sign-in details.

Chat
• One-to-one and group conversations with your team
• Send photos, videos, and files, with captions and several attachments at once
• React to messages and see delivery status, read status, and typing indicators
• Pin important conversations to the top and mute the ones you do not need right now
• Add people to a group conversation, or leave one you no longer need
• Look people up in your organization's contact directory

Voice Calls
• Make and receive audio calls with people in your organization, one-to-one or in a group
• Answer or decline incoming calls from the call alert
• Mute your microphone, switch to speaker, and keep talking while you check other apps
• Get missed-call alerts
• Calls are audio only, and call audio is not recorded

Notifications
• Alerts for new messages and incoming calls
• Unread counts on your conversations
• Choose whether notification sounds play, and manage notification permissions in Settings

Safe Workplace
• DrayTalk has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
• Report a message or block a user right from the chat
• Everyone agrees to the Terms of Use and community guidelines before using messaging

Settings
• Day and night themes, or follow your phone's setting
• Choose whether photos and files download automatically
• Signing out removes your messages and sign-in details from your device

Privacy and Permissions
• Camera, photo library, microphone, and notification access are optional and used only for the feature they belong to
• DrayTalk does not ask for your location, your phone's contacts, or call log
• To find and fix problems, app sessions, including what appears on screen, may be recorded with a third-party analytics service. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

DrayTalk is not a replacement for a phone and cannot be used to call emergency services. In an emergency, use your phone's regular calling service.
