About this app

**Vacaplan helps you plan your paid time off without the hassle.**

When you first open the app, tell it where you live and how many vacation days you have. Vacaplan automatically fetches the official public holiday calendar (national, regional and local) for your area, for the current year and the next — no need to look anything up yourself.

**Everything at a glance**
The home screen shows how many days you have left, how many you've used, and your next day off, with no calculations needed.

**Plan with the full calendar**
Mark the days you want to request right on the calendar: used, confirmed, or planned. Holidays and weekends are detected automatically.

**Share your plan**
Once you know which days you want to request, send them to your manager by email in one tap, or export them as PDF, CSV, or to your calendar (.ics) for Outlook or Google Calendar.

**Your way**
Available in English and Spanish (follows your system language, or set it manually in Settings), with light and dark mode — automatic or your choice.

**Your privacy, untouched**
Vacaplan has no account, no analytics, and no ads, and keeps all your data on your device only. The only request the app makes outside your device is fetching the official holiday calendar for your area.
