Customer service almost never responds and when they do they "have no record of the issue described". (after 2 updates ago) Targeted algorithms to those that play in app games (the more real $ you spend, the less you will win)

some host with similar name, or frequent changing name.. please create limitation host name (max 10 day or else).. some host with fake profil pic.. please prevent host make profil pic from gallery, create profil pic with camera from app.. some host enter room, and audience need diamond to enter, but didn't know what host perform or appearance..please make some automatic pic clue from host appearance in room (make it partially blured if necessary) before spend diamond
