The website wants one PDF under 2 MB. PDF Ready makes exactly that.
Pick photos, scan paper or choose image files, put the pages in order, and tell PDF Ready what the upload needs: under 500 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB, 5 MB, 10 MB, or any size you type. PDF Ready finds the best quality that fits, writes the PDF, then reopens it and measures it. The result screen shows the real file size in bytes, so "under 2 MB" means under 2 MB.

Your photos and documents are processed on your phone and never uploaded. There is no account and no advertising, and PDF Ready itself collects nothing. Photo location and camera details are left out of your PDFs by default. Scan uses the document scanner in Google Play services, which sends Google diagnostic information about the scanner, never your pages.
