RESEARCH FOUNDATION
DreamCode doesn't rely only on classic dream dictionaries - it also draws on real research data: over 60,585 scientifically collected dream reports from 99 studies. The material comes from 13 institutions and is available under open license. That means you can see how often a symbol - one of 1,639 dream symbols - actually appears in real dreams, not just what a dream dictionary claims about it.
