Love the interface.. it has become my go to app for payments but I am a little disappointed with the Cred Cash facility. I have used it quite a few times in the past however now the rates have gone up.. the flexibility to select the tenure for repayment has been restricted. It was much better earlier.

The app provides a lot of offers and vouchers which are nothing but scam to make you use the app and then regret later. Even the payments of credit card is not rewarding anymore, just useless vouchers. Looking for replacement. I'm done with this app. Edit: they connected me and try to justify. Misleading tactics by them. Either they are too dumb or very smart. Don't expect a resolution from them if you face any issue.

Just like any other apps, CRED provided few offers and cashback and coins in the beginning to the users. as a result the users started using the app more and when they miss the cashbacks and offers in the app they look for alternatives. The coins and rewards is a scam. No one never gets the benefits apart from the coupons. Shopping experience is worst though..
