Frustrating experience. I booked a farm in Riyadh and got a confirmation, but when I arrived, the facility was completely closed. To make matters worse, there are no contact details for the facility, and the app itself lacks any customer support or contact channels to resolve issues. A wasted trip and complete lack of accountability. Developers must add support features and verify listed places. Unreliable.

Just updated the app and it will no longer load after that. It's just frozen on the starting screen. Tried un-installing and re-installing, clearing cache, force closing...etc. Nothing seems to fix it. It's been trying to load for 15 minutes now to no avail.

I have been trying to contact in all ways that I could to your company but no response at all (emails, social medias messages, contact numbers) I was charged with SR900 for the reservation I made in Ritz Carlton but the when we arrived they said there is no such app that they recognize. I was charged with such amount, I did not get your service and now none of of your contact info is reachable!!!!!

- Activity tab redesigned, with a new Reservations/Orders switch at the top
- Reservation cards now show the date, time, guests, location, and total at a glance, with quick Share, Cancel, and Rebook buttons
- Order cards show the restaurant, date, order number, and total, with a clear status label
- Each reservation status now has its own colour and icon, so Confirmed, Pending, etc... are easier to tell apart
