It's annoying that I have to switch off mobile data for wifi then having to connect the device again to use the app every single time. Now there's my XL. I read so many reviews about the freezes crashes and other problems yet I took a chance that maybe they've fixed it over the past 5 years that it's been out but guess not! I mean come on guys..

The camera works fine but not very impressed with this app. It sometimes crashes or will not load some of the videos. For example if I switch on the WiFi on the camera and phone then try to watch a video on my phone it will go to 10 percent loaded then crash. Today I took 5 videos and on my phone can only play 2 the other three will not open. I have done a phone restart, optimise apps but makes no difference.Also will not open if I try to look at them on my PC. Camera good but app very poor.

awful app I've used it for 3 days and it is so bad that I'm forced to remove my SD card and manually download my files 1. it is hard to pair the device at the beginning. 2. the camera stays on all the time you use the app draining the battery unlimitedly. 3. to download the recordings it takes forever and fails, transfers at 3 megabytes for second 3gb files for example takes 20 minutes. 4. the transfer fails randomly but the camera stays on overheating 5. recommended only to set up settings 4k+
