Card readers never seem to work. Had to download the app, which worked. But at a lower than advertised speed. This is a terrible company and really the only option in Eastern OK. Essentially a monopoly so there is no incentive to actually improve customer service. This is what has been holding back the adoption of EVs. Terrible.

Only used to charge a rental car. Lack of any charging status within the app is a surprising and disappointing realization. edit: Energy costs are 5x the average energy rates for this state (Oklahoma). The cost for filling my vehicle's tank would be about $40 which doesn't seem to align with the cost savings associated with EV ownership.

Highly disappointed they messed up their platform so terribly. I've been using them for over a year. But their new app is unusable and my car will not charge at the speed its supposed to. Any effort to reach out and correct problems doesn't work.
