After nearly a year, same problem even after updating. very unprofessional Nothing is clickable on the app even after updating right now.

The app worked great until January when the address disappeared and unable to enter again any it will not save. This problem apparently happened with previous updates over the past several years. Software agent needs to look at why updates are affecting core software performance.
