There's a lot of fine print with this program. In order to use this automation program, you have to sign up and pay for a 3rd party number hosting company. A lot of trust was lost when I signed up after getting a walk-through and then the system not working because I hadn't purchased the additional 3rd party hosting. Now, several months later, it's still an ongoing struggle as the two programs are not connecting and this system has been down for 3 days. This has been an ongoing issue.

Being able to communicate with clients via the DJ chats is a great tool for my business!
