About this app

Arrow AI is Arrow’s smart personal assistant — an AI layer built specifically to help teachers and driving instructors work faster, more naturally, and more simply.

No need to learn commands.
You can simply type or dictate what you want to do:

“What do I have tomorrow?”

“Schedule a lesson for Adele tomorrow at ten.”

“Send Dana that I’m ten minutes late.”

“Navigate to Adele’s house.”

Arrow AI tries to understand the intent, identify the student, the date, the time, and the requested action — and forward the request to the appropriate system.

The principle is simple:

You ask. Arrow AI understands. The main Arrow checks and executes.

Student Information

You can ask about existing information from Hetz, for example:

• A student's last or next lesson
• Lesson summary
• Balance or debt
• Address and contact information
• Supported profile and personal details
• Information from the student card
• Supported statistics

If there are several students with the same name, Hetz should not guess — and can ask for clarification.

Calendar and lesson management

You can ask what is planned today, tomorrow or on another date, open the calendar and perform supported actions such as:

• Schedule a lesson
• Change time or date
• Transfer a lesson
• Cancel or delete a lesson
• Mark a lesson as done
• Return a lesson to a scheduled state
• Change lessons
• Work with a lesson, a half, double and triple lesson
• Complete a day according to the calendar data

Before changing information, the main Hetz checks the data, conflicts and calendar rules. For actions that require confirmation, a suggestion will be displayed before execution.

Tests and Practical Exams

Hetz AI can also help with test administration:

• Information about previous tests
• Number and summary of a student's tests
• Schedule a test
• Cancel or edit a test
• Change students in a test

Calls, WhatsApp and navigation

You can request:

“Call Adele.”

“Send Dana that I'm late.”

“Navigate to Adele's house.”

Hetz can prepare a message for the student, open WhatsApp, open the dialer or navigate to the address saved in Hetz.

If the message lacks actual content, Hetz should not invent it.

Events and time blocking

You can create non-class events or block time in the calendar:

“Add an event for a meeting with the accountant tomorrow from ten to eleven.”

“Block me tomorrow from ten to twelve.”

Online Assignment

Arrow AI also connects to the Arrow online assignment system.

You can check for pending assignment requests and request approval of a student's assignment request using the Arrow secure action mechanism.

Lesson Prices

You can request to update a personal price for a student, including price and effective date. The main Arrow remains the source of truth for prices and charges.

Arrow AI can open or launch supported tools, including:

YouTube — Both Search and Play

You can request to search for a song or start playing it directly on YouTube:

“Play a Chick.”

“Play Imagine on YouTube.”

“Search YouTube for 80s Songs.”

Memory, Memos, and General Conversation

Arrow AI can save and retrieve supported personal content, such as memos and facts that the teacher wants to remember and retrieve later.

You can also ask questions about Arrow, get help using the app, and use the general conversation area for conversations that are not actions on Arrow data.

Safety Before Action

Arrow AI is not supposed to guess important information and does not treat every sentence as a command.

A question like “How do I cancel a class?” is not a request to cancel a class.

For actions that change information, the process can include confirmation before execution:

You request → Arrow AI understands → Main Arrow checks → a suggestion is presented → you approve → the action is performed.

Important to know

• Arrow AI is an extension for users of the Arrow app and requires the Main Arrow.
• AI capabilities require a personal access key to Google’s Gemini service.
• The access key is stored encrypted on the device.
• Requests to Gemini are sent to Google services for processing in accordance with their terms and policies.
• Availability of certain capabilities depends on the version of Arrow, settings, permissions, and connected services.
