Hetz is the smart workspace built specifically for driving instructors in Israel.

Instead of scattering the workday between a calendar, messages, notes, documents and various apps, Hetz brings together students, lessons, tests, payments, online lesson coordination, AI tools, documents, backups and useful tools in one place.

Personal center for students and online lesson coordination

One of Hetz's unique capabilities allows the teacher to open an online personal center for his students. Students can log in to the center and send requests for lessons online.

Instead of endless "When are you free?" messages, conversations and correspondence, the student becomes part of the planning process. Lesson requests are integrated into the teacher's workspace and remain connected to the calendar and the student.

Full student management

Each student can manage a neat card with personal details, lessons, notes, planning, exams, tests, payments and activities. This way, you can open a student and quickly get a clear picture of everything important to know.

Work diary built for driving instructors

Hetz includes a complete system for planning the work day: setting lessons, regular lessons, managing changes, planning ahead, switching between days, tracking the load and information about the next student.

This is not a general diary that was accidentally adapted for a driving instructor. It is built around the way driving instructors really work.

Tests and exams

Hetz centralizes the management of exams and tests and allows you to track deadlines, students, results and relevant information as part of the same work process.

Arrow AI — simply ask

Hetz can be extended with the Arrow AI plugin. Instead of searching for the appropriate screen, button or tool each time, you can contact the system in natural language and ask to perform supported actions.

Hetz AI connects the teacher's request with the tools available in Hetz and the device, according to the activity's capabilities and granted permissions.

Invoices and business documents

Hetz can also be expanded with the invoice plugin, which is designed to connect the production of business documents to the student work process and payment, without repeatedly entering the same information in a separate system.

Business management

Hetz also includes tools for managing the business side of the work: payments, balances, expenses, financial tracking, reports and activity documentation.

Google, Cloud, and Backup

Hetz can connect to Google services based on the user's choice and the capabilities enabled for them, including integration with Google Calendar and local and cloud backup and restore options.

Personalization

Not every teacher works the same way. Hetz includes customization options, shortcuts, and tools that can be shown or hidden, to build a work environment that suits each teacher's personal habits.

Built for driving instructors

Hetz is not a general business management system that has received several student fields. It is built around the workday of the Israeli driving instructor — from the first student in the morning, through lessons, coordination, tests, payments, and assignments, to the small tools that save time throughout the day.

Privacy and Control

The use of the camera, contacts, calendar, notifications, and external services is done according to the actions the user chooses to perform and the permissions they grant.

The Google Play version of Hetz does not read SMS messages, does not read the call log, does not record calls, and does not perform automatic dialing. Calls are initiated using the Android dialer and the user confirms and makes them. App updates are received through Google Play.
