Ratings and reviews

App sucks. The app asks you to upload your license and title to verify your identity and the title. The app didn't provide a confirmation of the title upload. So I kept trying to upload it. Instead of continuing with next step, I clicked on upload documents. It said "under review" and stayed that way for days. Meanwhile, I tried to contact customer service. It's basically impossible. The chat feature in the app was not an option, and there is no number listed. The sale didn't move forward.

Mickey mouse company. Their website and app give the initial appearance of being slick and streamlined...but they do not have their process figured out at all. Their instructions and help function are totally lacking. I had to email and call them every step of the way. nice idea, poorly executed.

SCAM!!! Stay away!! In theory, the idea is great but absolutely garbage!! Do not use this company!! The only way to conduct any communication or business is through the app (which was wrong 90% of the time) or by email. They tried to blame me as a seller for not "following protocol"! There is no "protocol" to follow. After a week they still owe me $14,000!! The buyer and I both received emails and notifications on their own app that the seller was ready to proceed. SCAM!!
