Great customer service! I was so disappointed that I couldn't get music to play in my camper and then I read all the bad reviews. However, I was in the midst of emailing customer service and they offered to have a tech call me. Now it works! Cudos to them for being top notch helpful. I'm not saying the app is great, but now I understand how it works.

My app does connect but then you can't hit. If you hit play nothing happens. There's no way to pick your music or anything, so the actual best way is to actually disconnect Bluetooth from your phone to the driven unit. Make sure it's the one with the model number after the word driven and then just play your music like normal in your app. This thing is useless and hey. Give me an option to turn off the blinking blue light when it's not in use

After connecting I have to hit play, turn up the volume, disconnect from Driven, then the volume will turn up and I'm able to operate it for a second while it says it's disconnected. To change it again I have to reconnect it, all the while I keep getting toast messages that it is disconnected whether I'm connected or not. Definitely has a lot of bugs and needs fixed..
