BOBOK Driver is the app for school bus drivers of schools that use BOBOK. It turns every trip into a clear, simple routine: start the trip, scan each child on and off the bus, and confirm exactly who received each child at home. Parents stop calling, the school knows where every bus is, and you have proof that every child was handed over safely.

BOBOK Driver is for drivers registered by a school that uses BOBOK. Your school creates your account and shares your login.

START AND END EVERY TRIP
- Tap Start Trip before your first pickup. Pickups and drops open only after the trip has started, so every trip is recorded from start to finish.
- Your location is shared only while a trip is running, and stops when you tap End Trip.
- When every child on the trip has been dropped, the app reminds you to end the trip.
- If a trip is left running by mistake, location sharing switches off automatically after one hour.

SCAN CHILDREN ON AND OFF THE BUS
- Scan each child's QR ID card with your phone's camera when they board and when they get off. No RFID readers needed.
- Parents get an instant alert at every scan, so they don't need to call you.
- See your trip's live status: who has boarded, who is still to be picked up, and who has been dropped.
- At school, your drop counts as the child's school check-in. For the trip home, a child can be picked up only after the school has checked them out.

VERIFIED HANDOVER AT EVERY HOME DROP
- When you scan a child at their home stop, the app shows the parent's default pickup person with a photo.
- Confirm who is receiving the child, or choose another family member from the parent's registered list.
- If someone new is collecting the child, enter their details and take their photo. The parent sees a one-time code in their own app and shares it with you only if they approve.
- If the parent doesn't approve, the drop can't be completed, so a child is never handed to an unverified person.
- Every drop is recorded with who received the child, which protects you as much as the child.

SOS IN ONE TAP
- In an emergency, raise an SOS from the app.
- Your school's admin and transport staff are alerted instantly with your location, the time and the type of emergency.

LIVE LOCATION THAT RESPECTS PRIVACY
- During a trip, each parent sees the bus only from their own child's pickup until their child's drop.
- The school sees its buses only between the start and end of each trip.
- Outside a trip, your location is never shared.

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Your school registers you as a driver on BOBOK.
2. Download BOBOK Driver and log in with the details your school gives you.
3. Allow location and camera access when asked: location is used only during trips, and the camera only for scanning ID cards and handover photos.
4. Tap Start Trip and begin your route.

Safety first: never use your phone while driving. Scan children only when the bus is stopped.

BOBOK is a technology platform used by schools. Transport services, vehicles, drivers and staff are managed by your school, which is responsible for driver verification.
