DriverNE Partners — Professional Driver Partner App

DriverNE Partners is the official app for chauffeurs who work with DRIVER NE in Northeast India. If you are an approved driver partner, use this app to register, get verified, go online, accept customer bookings, manage trips, and track your earnings — all from your phone.

This app is for driver partners only. Customers book chauffeurs using the separate Driver NE app — not this app.

KEY FEATURES

Online / Offline
Toggle your availability with one switch. When online and approved, you can receive incoming trip requests from Driver NE customers.

Trip management
Accept bookings assigned to you, start trips with customer OTP verification, complete trips, and mark payment collected — step by step in the app.

Documents & verification
Upload your driving licence, identity proof, and other required documents during registration. Check verification status and re-submit documents if our team requests updates. New registrations remain pending until admin approval.

Dashboard & earnings
See your active trip, upcoming bookings, and earnings summary on the home screen. Review ride history in My Rides.

Profile & account
Manage your partner profile, contact details, and account settings. Delete your account in-app: My Profile → Account → Delete account.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in with your registered Indian mobile number (OTP)
2. New partners: complete registration, accept the Driver Agreement, and upload documents
3. Wait for admin verification (required before going online)
4. Set MPIN for quicker return visits (optional)
5. Go online to receive trip requests
6. Accept a booking → complete the trip flow → mark payment collected

PERMISSIONS
• Camera & photo library: upload licence, ID, and profile documents
• Location: receive nearby trip requests and support navigation when online
• Microphone: optional sound alert for incoming booking requests

SUPPORT
Call or WhatsApp support from the in-app menu. Our team helps with onboarding, verification, trips, and account questions.

DriverNE Partners operates in Northeast India. You must be an approved driver partner to receive trips.
