DriverOps helps private-hire drivers manage daily operations with location-aware tools, trip tracking, driver alerts, and decision support.
Use DriverOps to view zone insights, monitor traffic and demand signals, track trip activity, receive operational notifications, and manage your driving workflow from one app.
Key features:
- Zone and location-based driver insights
- Trip and earnings activity tracking
- Driver assist overlays for supported ride-hailing workflows
- Notifications for important driver updates
- Account, subscription, and privacy controls
DriverOps requires permissions such as location, notifications, accessibility service, display over other apps, and foreground service access so driver-assist features can work reliably. You can review and manage permissions in Android settings at any time.
DriverOps uses the Android AccessibilityService API, with user consent, to read on-screen text, app window content, notification text, and button labels from supported driver apps such as Grab, Gojek, and TADA. This access is used to detect ride offers, trip status, fares, pickup and drop-off details, and driver workflow events so DriverOps can provide trip tracking, OCR-based detection, driver assist overlays, and operational alerts. DriverOps does not use AccessibilityService to control your device, change settings, send messages, or perform actions without your permission.
DriverOps is designed as an operational assistant for drivers. It does not replace your judgment, platform rules, road safety obligations, or local transport regulations.
