App is really good. Making payment using app is really easy. But it all goes down drain since only a handful of petrol pumps allows it, even ones listed on app. I visited 10 petrol pumps within 10 Kms of radius from my home and only 2 accepted HP pay. Only 1 of the 2 had a working code on display. I had to ask attendant for code on the other one. Rewards are abysmal. You'll only get decent rewards if you have a co branded credit card. But with the acceptance rate being so low, it's no use.

I am facing a serious issue with the HP Pay app. The mobile number verification process is not working properly. Because of this verification problem, I am unable to make any payment through the app. I have tried multiple times, checked my network connection, and even restarted my phone, but the issue still persists. This is very frustrating, especially when payment needs to be done.

Worst Service and App ever used. Every month I book and pay for the HP cylinder on the app and after 10 days it shows delivered but the cylinder never gets delivered. I have to call customer care and they say they can't do anything I have to call the agency. No one answers the call at the agency. There is no coordination between the app, customer care and the agency. Using this app is useless it increases your work instead of decreasing it.
