The app interface is absolutely fine but the reason for the one star cut off is because of the fact that even though I have finger print enabled it almost most of the time tells me that you have to enter your pin as your session is timed out and please enter pin to enjoy using the app and it's kind off bothering and not as convenient when it comes to paying through UPI on HP outlets. Fingerprints make it quick and fast... please work on this do that it can be more reliable

The HP Pay app promises a 3% reward, but the transaction experience is frustrating. Every time I make a payment, the amount gets debited from my account, but the transaction fails. I then have to escalate the issue to get a refund, which is inconvenient. Before offering rewards, the app should be properly configured with a reliable payment gateway to ensure seamless transactions. Fixing these issues would make the app much more user-friendly and trustworthy.

Even after nearly a year of using the app, at least 10% of my transactions still fail. On several occasions, money gets debited and then refunded, forcing me to complete the payment through PhonePe instead. The biometric login feature is also highly unreliable — it works only once after enabling and then requires reactivation every time the app is opened, defeating the purpose of convenience.
