HP PAY offers convenient features like point conversion to wallet money and quick payments, but it has flaws. Some pumps refuse the app, and a bug disables the biometric lock I set. The app loads slowly, with too many options and intrusive UPI pop-ups. I suggest introducing coin rewards for UPI transactions to buy fuel. With improvements, it could shine.

The recent update of the app has been extremely disappointing. Despite several attempts, the new version consistently fails to process online payments, causing significant inconvenience. This issue has persisted for the past 3 to 4 months, making the app virtually unusable for essential transactions. It's frustrating to encounter such persistent problems, especially when relying on the app for essential services. I am inclined to rate this app even lower than one star.

Don't like the app, it doesn't have order tracking details , I got my cylinder after 7 days of booking , they are taking too much time , local venders are not supporting and they are not happy that we are booking through online this hp app, even this app doesn't have customer support, u can't shut out your problem , really pathetic, pls don't book through this app ,
