About this app

Driving Instructor Assistant is the diary, pupil record and money book for UK driving instructors and driving schools, with Elly, a friendly assistant who does the admin for you. Ask her in plain words, by typing or by voice, and she sorts it out.

MEET ELLY
• "Book Jon in Thursday 4pm." Elly finds the slot, shows you the booking, and you tap Book it.
• Ask about your day, your pupils or your money, like you'd ask a colleague: who's next, who owes, when's Priya's test.
• Every morning Elly looks through your diary and money and suggests what's worth doing: a pupil low on credit, a gap to offer, a test coming up, a payment to chase.
• After a lesson, talk for a minute and Elly tidies it into a short note for your pupil.
• Need to fill a gap? Elly writes a short social media post about the space in your diary.
• You're always in charge. Nothing is booked, sent or charged until you tap.

Learners use the same app with their own login. They see their next lesson, what they've got left to pay, their progress and test date, notes you've shared, and trophies as they improve. They can book the times you offer and message you. Parents can follow along, read-only.

FOR DRIVING SCHOOLS
Owners and office staff see every instructor's diary and every pupil, and manage the school from the web portal. Works for independent instructors too.

Your driving school sets up your login, or we can set one up for you as an independent instructor: visit drivinginstructorapps.co.uk. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, with no password to remember.

PRIVACY
Built and run in the UK. Your data is stored in London, there are no adverts and no tracking. Full details in our privacy notice.

Please use the app when you're parked, never while driving.
