About this app

Drogix Mobile is the perfect companion to your Drogix POS system. It gives you access to your products, sales, and customers from your phone—at the counter, in the warehouse, at the customer's location, or on a construction site. On the store's Wi-Fi network, the connection is direct; elsewhere, the app connects via the Drogix relay, requiring no configuration on your part.

A TRUE SECOND CASHIER

• Counter sales: search, barcode scanning, add to cart, and process the payment.

• Exact total including tax, calculated using your store's VAT rate.

• Credit sales: select the customer, view their debt and credit limit before finalizing the transaction.

• Pending orders: set a sale aside, serve the customer in a hurry, and then resume the sale—from your phone or the POS system.

• Additional costs (transportation, labor), with clear distinction between store revenue and amounts paid to third parties.

• Returns: Take back an item, issue a cash refund, a credit note, or simply restock it.

• Reservations and loans: Set aside merchandise for a customer.

• PDF quotes, sendable via WhatsApp or email in just two steps.

WHAT YOU NEED

Drogix Mobile doesn't work on its own: you need a Drogix POS system installed and powered on in your store. Pairing is done by scanning a QR code displayed by the POS system over the store's Wi-Fi. Afterward, your phone can connect to the POS system from any network, including 4G.

You can explore the app without a POS system using the demo mode, which uses sample data on your phone.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DOOR

Your sales, customers, and inventory are stored on your store's computer, and nowhere else. The app doesn't create any accounts or require registration.

When your phone isn't connected to the store's Wi-Fi, its requests are routed through the Drogix relay to reach your checkout. The relay only transmits the data; it doesn't record any of your business information, and the connection is encrypted.
