Do you even know what's happening with your application? Has anyone from the development team or the business team actually tested the app recently? It keeps prompting users with human verification CAPTCHAs repeatedly, making the experience extremely frustrating. Users are not even able to search for flights, let alone complete a booking. At the moment, the app is practically unusable. This issue needs immediate attention, as it is directly impacting the core functionality of the platform.

I had the worst experience in the history of experiences of booking a flight ticket through the Carrier's app. They have this audacity to charge 500 rupee convenience fee, too.

It was a very bad experience and I wanted to change the date Click to manage 1000 times and the app always goes back to the main Manu
