Ratings and reviews

Handy, but it would be really nice if rooms could be put out of water and back in order through the app. It would be even nicer if the app and its data can be moved to external storage

The New daily rate manager function is only accessible if you set your mobile login page to Daily rate manager on your desktop version 1st..and if you navigate away from the rate management page on your mobile version only way to get it back is to close out the app and reopen it.And will not Display Current Rate on this module either. Also this app is still super laggy.

I am the executive housekeeper at a 71 room hotel and we just changed our PMS to CloudPM in February, I downloaded the app and it has made me much more efficient. I auto assign myself all occupied rooms and as the guests check out CloudPM sends me an immediate text and I relay that information to my housekeepers. I am not tied to my desktop computer. I like that as I go around and inspect rooms I can change the status to clean/vacant on my phone. There is also a maintenance reporting feature.
