### FAQ

1) Why are some radios not working?

Nepal has over 500 registered radio stations, but not all are currently in service. Operational stations must offer online radio services. Some stations have shut down or discontinued their online services, which is why some radio stations may not be working.

**2) I am unable to find the station I used to listen to.**

The station may be out of service or may have canceled its online radio service. If you believe this is not the case, please let us know at [e-mail]. We will do our best to add your desired station.

**3) Why do we need the internet to listen to the radio?**

This feature is internet-based, allowing you to listen to all Nepali Radio and Nepali F.M Radio stations from anywhere on the planet. With non-internet-based apps (like the native app pre-installed on your mobile), you can only listen to local radio stations via radio waves received from the station.
