Silence incoming calls with one simple movement.

Flip to Mute: Call Ringer lets you control the sound of a regular cellular incoming call by placing your phone face down. When a call starts ringing, flip the phone so the screen faces the surface. The app switches the ringtone to Silent or Vibrate, depending on the action you selected.

No crowded controls. Turn the feature on, choose Silent or Vibrate, and use your phone normally.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete the quick app setup.
2. Choose Silent or Vibrate.
3. Turn on Flip to Mute.
4. When a cellular call rings, place the phone screen-down.
5. The selected action is applied after the face-down position is confirmed.
6. When ringing ends, the previous sound mode is restored when appropriate.

It also works when the phone is already face down before a call begins.

CHOOSE YOUR ACTION

• Silent — mute the incoming call ringtone.
• Vibrate — switch the incoming call to vibration.

The main screen stays focused on the essential controls, making the app quick and easy to use.

SAFE SOUND RESTORATION

When Flip to Mute temporarily changes the sound setting, it remembers the previous mode and restores it after ringing ends.

If you manually change the phone’s sound mode yourself, the app keeps your latest choice instead of overriding it. You remain in control.

WORKS WHILE THE APP IS CLOSED

When monitoring is enabled, Flip to Mute uses an ongoing Android notification so the feature can continue detecting regular cellular call states. You can turn monitoring off from the app or directly from the notification.

The motion sensor is used only while a cellular call is ringing. It does not stay active continuously while the phone is idle.

QUICK SETUP

The app guides you through the access required for its core function:

• Phone access — used only to detect whether a regular cellular call is ringing, active or finished.
• Sound control access — allows the app to switch between Normal, Silent and Vibrate modes.
• Notification access — allows Android to show that call monitoring is active.

PRIVACY-FRIENDLY BY DESIGN

Flip to Mute does not read or store:

• Incoming phone numbers
• Contact names
• Call-history records
• Text messages
• Photos or media
• Microphone recordings
• Location information

No account or cloud login is required for the app’s core functionality.
