Your Turn is the smart virtual queue management system for gas stations. Instead of standing in long lines under the sun, book your place in line from your mobile phone and track your position in real time. Arrive at the station when your turn is truly approaching.

Your time is saved, and your place is guaranteed.

What does Your Turn offer?

• Nearby Station Map: Browse gas stations on the map and see the available fuel types and current congestion at each station before you leave.

• Remote Queue Booking: Select the station and fuel type, and book your ticket with one tap. You'll receive a ticket with a serial number and QR code.

• Live Queue Tracking: See your current number, the number of vehicles ahead of you, and the estimated time remaining. Receive alerts when your turn is near.

• Vehicle Management: Add your vehicles (make, model, year, color, and license plate number) and choose a default vehicle to be automatically selected when booking.

• Your Turn Wallet: Top up your balance within the app and pay for fuel easily, with a complete history of all top-ups and payments.

• Ticket History: Review your past tickets and their status at any time.

• Fully Arabic Interface: A clear Arabic design that also supports English and Hebrew.

• Secure Login: Log in with your mobile number and password, with verification via a code sent to you via SMS. Fingerprint authentication is also supported for faster login.

For Station Staff

Dorak provides a dedicated dashboard for station staff to manage the queue directly: call the next vehicle, scan the ticket's QR code, monitor pumps, and complete refueling operations.
