When this service/app are working as intended, its great. recently, neither have worked well. when I go the lock the bike at the rack, the lock device on it will not register as locked (though it is) or maybe the app doesn't pick up that its locked. it can't finish the ride while its like that, I can't check out another bike and only staff can end the ride. But because employee intervention is not guaranteed soon, a person can be locked out of the sevice til the next day. needs a workaround
