It's pretty incredible how many technologies it utilizes. Bluetooth, cellular, GPS, QR code what else? Electric assist motor on the bike. I haven't rode a bike in years but thought what the heck? I'm still intact so that's good. Everything worked smoothly including the bike however when I click trip history and try to view details of the trip I just get a spinning wheel indefinitely. I did receive a receipt via email so I feel confident about how much I was charged. Pretty neat service. 👍

I gave it a good old college try and failed. I stood there for about thirty minutes trying to get this to work, but nope it didn't. It couldn't find the bikes, and in turn not let me unlock it at all. I scanned more than one I just hope don't get charged.

Unable to even register. I confim text code, spinny circle skips the EULA completely, then errors out when I enter name and email address. Called and spoke with support. He was helpful and had to escalate the issue. I'm still waiting for follow-up.
