Every day you scroll a distance you never see. SwipeAware measures it.

SwipeAware turns your scrolling into a number you can actually feel — how far your thumb travelled today, how many swipes it took, and which apps took the most of it. Then it helps you bring that number down with a daily goal and per-app limits that genuinely stop you.

SET LIMITS THAT HOLD
• Give any app a daily limit in swipes, distance or minutes
• A heads-up notification as you get close to it
• A full-screen stop when you reach it, showing the day's numbers
• A short grace period for the times you genuinely need a few more minutes
• Limits also catch apps playing in a floating picture-in-picture window, and pause playback instead of letting a blocked video run on
• Or set a limit as a warning only, with no blocking at all

• Delete everything SwipeAware has stored, in one step

HOW IT WORKS
SwipeAware uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect scroll gestures and which app is in the foreground. It reads only the app's name and how far the screen scrolled never the content of your screen, your messages, your passwords, or anything you type. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.

Distance is an estimate, calculated from scroll movement and your device's pixel density, so treat it as an honest guide rather than a laboratory measurement. App limits are a tool for building a habit, not a security lock they can be switched off in Android settings at any time.
