About this app

DROS is Dely Ris' internal work app for delivery drivers and administrative staff. It's not a public app: each user logs in with the account the company creates for them.

🛵 FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS
• Receive assigned orders and accept them from the "Available" tab.

• Plan your daily route with all your orders and deliveries, and navigate to each stop.

• Share your real-time location while on a delivery so the administrative team and the customer know where you are.

• Confirm each delivery with a photo and the PIN provided by the customer.

• View your daily statistics: deliveries completed and cash collected.

📋 FOR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF (management/administration)
• Check the status of orders and your drivers' routes in real time.

• Review payment receipts uploaded by customers and approve or reject them.

• Record manual payments against a customer's outstanding invoices.

🔔 NOTIFICATIONS
Receive instant alerts for new orders, assignments, and relevant changes, without having to constantly check the app.

🔒 PRIVACY
Your location is only shared while you have an active delivery "on the way"—never outside of your shift. More details in our privacy policy:
