About this app

PallasMark is the companion app for warehouse and fulfillment staff using the PallasMark platform.

Before a package ships, you record a short video or photo of what's inside. If a customer later says the item arrived empty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, that recording is the evidence.

How it works:
1. Scan the order's barcode or find it in your task list
2. Record a video or photo of the package
3. Send it to the customer for approval, or mark it shipped
4. If a customer disputes an order, review the recording and take the appropriate action

Built for the warehouse floor:
- Scan, record, and continue without keeping a browser tab open
- Recordings upload in the background and retry after connection interruptions
- See which orders still need evidence with clear counts and filters

What’s new
