About this app

PallasMark is the companion app for warehouse and fulfillment staff using the PallasMark platform.

Before a package ships, you record a short video or photo of what's inside. If a customer later says the item arrived empty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, that recording is the evidence.

How it works:
1. Scan the order's barcode or find it in your task list
2. Record a video or photo of the package
3. Send it to the customer for approval, or mark it shipped
4. If a customer disputes an order, review the recording and re-record, ship anyway, or process a refund

Built for the warehouse floor:
- Works without a signed-in browser tab — scan, record, done
- Recordings upload in the background, even if you switch apps or lose signal — they queue and retry automatically
- See what still needs a recording at a glance, with counts and filters
- Available in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese

You'll need an existing PallasMark account to sign in. New accounts are created on pallasmark.com — this app doesn't create one for you.
