Drury's advertising is exceptional. I was looking for a hotel in Orlando last September for a medical procedure there. Used to seeing the same old chains, I ignored the apps and did my own search. Drury's ad popped up first, and at a great price! Their rooms and large, deep indoor/outdoor pool is so superior to the bathtub size ones in most hotels. The best part: they actually provide each guest with 2 meals per day plus 3 alcoholic drinks! That cracked me up. Food is plain but plentiful. Super!

Current stays don't show up on the app- this was even confirmed when I called, that it's specifically designed not to show your current stays. No app check-in, and you can't just use the card on your profile to check-in. What if I want to pay for someone's trip or someone forgets their card (why even have it saved on their profile then) Confirmation # changed 3 times. 1 when I booked, 1 when I called customer service (app couldn't find my stay with my conf #), and 1 in the email they sent me.

Yesterday's update did not work. The app will not update. Rebooted, same problem. Developer replied almost immediately with a fix. Great work guys. Drury Hotels is our favorite place to stay and the app is the best and easiest way to book. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for the inconvenience. We released a new version of the Drury Hotels App to the Play Store this afternoon to fix this issue. Let us know if you continue to have trouble with the app.
