Ratings and reviews

This app has been deleted and reinstalled a few times, but it just won't act right. I try to click repeatedly on membership and it wont search for my area....i try to find shops in a specific zip code and ot wont search. I tried to edit and appt I had and the screen just sits there with no reaction to my command, like a person with a blank stare - annoying!!!

it just stopped working. I tried getting in touch with customer service and they weren't helpful. App still won't work.

I can't even open the app. The membership price is going up, and I can't even manage my account properly. Also the functionality when it works is terrible. I can't even access what is available from my membership. Nor does it remember my preferences.
