Background tracking is good thing or at least better than redirecting to the official website but If I can track only one tracking number in background then it is not much useful for a regular user like me. After tracking a number when I press back button it abruptly closes the app instead it should go to the home page. It should also show all the numbers I tracked previously so that I don't have to put the whole number next time. Looks like developer got only a few hours to do the job.

let me list the problems first 1. too many ads, most irritating is the frequently showing fullscreen ads. 2. you can save tracking (background tracking), but can't name them. if you have 1 trackings, non of them can be named. 3. UI is similar to a 10 year old mobile website UI. 4. other apps take 2 seconds to load data, this takes 10-20 seconds. there is nothing good about it.

Life saver... The best part is that even when the main site is down we can always track it here and it gives all the updates. I was not able to track my order bcz of the site being down. But this really helped as I have many parcels coming from speed post I will continue using it. I feel its more convenient than the website itself
