I’ve been a customer of this company for the past 13 years, and there have always been issues. Previously, at least I could reach customer service, but now even that has become a hassle since they only offer live chat. I’m very disappointed. For years, customers have been asking for a simple cancel button—something that is easy to implement—yet the company still doesn’t provide it and keeps promising they’re “working on it.” After so long, it’s time to switch to a different company.

terrible I wish I could give 0 stars. the remote access never works right and I have had to restart my main computer to get it to work which shouldn't matter if I have remote access. always says error occurred never signs in and if I sign out good luck getting back in for days even on the computer it doesnt work

Always glitching and getting kicked out of the app. Constantly has loading sign.
