Using this aap for more than 5 years, very useful, in lockdown period was very helpful, once otm is registered very easy to transact, client need not to open bank site for purchase ,it's avoiding risk for client to login bank site.redumption ,switch,sip cancelation or adding new sip is very simple. Very poor, less IFA friendly and complicated to use. Unable to download SOA instantly. It always send SOA in email I'd with Password. What is the sense of password. When IFA is sending the email to customer and customer get irritate. DSP team must learn from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and other AMCs in app development....

Pathetic App. Don't allow to write PAN of new investor. I have been trying for las 1 week to initiate new SIP for my clients but unable to register due to this. I contacted to AMC call centre, they said there's problem in my system and cut the phone.
